Project Management Associate – Portugal

About the role

TUMO is seeking a Project Management Associate to work closely with the Executive Director of TUMO Portugal. The role supports the implementation of the organization’s annual strategy across its four centres in Coimbra, Lisbon, Porto, and Bilbao, bridging strategic planning and day‑to‑day operational execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout and follow‑up of TUMO Portugal’s strategic priorities across all centres.
• Coordinate transversal educational projects that involve multiple locations.
• Provide operational and organisational assistance to local teams, including logistics and on‑site support.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables and processes to ensure smooth execution.
• Collect, analyse and report data, maintain documentation and facilitate cross‑centre communication.
