About the role
Content Guru is a world‑leading cloud customer service provider expanding globally. We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our exceptional team in Porto. This entry‑level role is ideal for a talented technical graduate eager to start a career in technology.
Key responsibilities
- Configure aspects of a customer’s services for omni‑channel cloud communications and manage the telephony and omni‑channel estate.
- Manage and execute multiple concurrent provisioning projects, track progress, handle technical tasks efficiently, and prepare and maintain test plans for storm® services.
- Liaise with Project Managers to ensure delivery dates, resolve order processing issues, provide proactive updates, and interpret customer orders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a STEM, Computer Science or related field, or substantial alternative experience.
- Genuine interest in a technology career.
- Strong analytical and customer‑service skills.
- High level of ICT/computer literacy.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
