Project Coordinator & Mechanical Designer (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator & Mechanical Designer to join our Bosch Service Solutions team in Braga, Portugal. The role blends business development, project management and quick‑turn mechanical design to support the BMG machine projects that are delivered to Portugal and Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and develop business opportunities, maintaining close contact with customers across Portugal.
• Coordinate BMG machine projects, acting as the local representative of BMG Spain and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Plan, execute and monitor assembly‑line and machine projects with full responsibility for timelines and efficiency.
• Produce rapid mechanical designs, sketches and technical opinions to support the Braga team and customers.
• Participate in technical discussions internally and with customers, providing expertise on production lines, automation and assembly environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong motivation to take responsibility and tackle ambitious challenges.
• Willingness to travel within Portugal and Spain.
• Excellent empathy and ability to work with customers and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Mechanical design proficiency.
• Experience with SAP.
• Proficient use of MS Office.
