Program Manager – IT Production & Application Support

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate IT Production and Application Support initiatives at our Lisbon office. You will work across technology, process and governance to boost service reliability, scalability and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and drive cross‑functional programs that enhance IT resilience and continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams aligned with SRE, DevOps and FinOps objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and business teams to implement monitoring, observability and automation solutions.
• Ensure service stability by applying ITIL v4 best practices and overseeing incident and change management.
• Report program progress, risks and outcomes to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager in IT Production or Application Support environments.
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English (minimum B2/C1).
• Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across functions.

Required skills

• ITIL v4, SRE, DevOps and FinOps frameworks.
• Monitoring and observability tools: Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK Stack.
• Automation and service management platforms: ServiceNow, Ansible.
