Program Manager – Hybrid (Lisbon)

About the role

Ubique Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead initiatives for a key customer. The role is based in Lisbon and offers a hybrid working model, combining on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across multiple teams.
• Oversee program delivery using Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and resolve conflicts to keep projects on schedule.
• Drive strategic planning and detailed execution throughout the program lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 10–15 years total experience with at least 6–10 years in program or project management leadership roles.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 or Agile Certified Practitioner.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven leadership, conflict‑resolution and strategic thinking skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Asana and Smartsheet.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, product development and digital transformation processes.
