Program Manager – Electronics Task Force

About the role

As a Program Manager for the Electronics Task Force landscape, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams to safeguard critical semiconductor supply chains. You will act as the central liaison for executive management, providing clear visibility on status, risks and mitigation actions.

Key responsibilities

• Steer the overall Task Force landscape and serve as the primary contact for senior leadership.
• Drive alignment and prioritisation across individual Task Force leads, ensuring activities match business priorities.
• Establish transparent governance, communication and reporting structures for all task forces.
• Consolidate complex information into decision‑ready insights and recommendations for executives.
• Orchestrate collaboration among Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, Business Units and suppliers.
• Track critical supply‑chain risks, interdependencies and mitigation measures.
• Organise and facilitate steering meetings, management reviews and executive reporting.
• Facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts and create alignment across organisational boundaries without direct disciplinary authority.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program management within electronics or semiconductor supply chains.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Excellent communication skills for executive reporting and governance.
