Professional Trainer Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Professional Trainer Automation to design, deliver, and continuously improve software training programs for both internal teams and external clients. You will work in an international environment, adapting technical content for audiences with varying levels of expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, conduct, and evaluate training sessions and workshops on software topics at our sites and client locations.
• Deliver technical content to international audiences, tailoring material to different knowledge levels.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance training and learning materials in collaboration with the content management team.
• Establish and expand train‑the‑trainer programs globally, supporting colleagues with technical queries and training needs.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, Product Management, and Service departments.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in Computer Science.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience (C#, Delphi, relational databases, optionally PL/SQL).
• Experience in intralogistics, material handling, or warehouse technology is a plus.
• Passion for knowledge transfer and teaching in an international setting; training instructor certification is welcomed.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
