Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

About the role

MM Packaging Puerto Rico is seeking a hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead the 2nd‑shift operations at its Guaynabo folding‑carton plant. You will be responsible for safe, efficient, and high‑quality production while developing a team of operators.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities, including die‑cutting and folder‑gluing processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop production staff to meet performance targets.
• Ensure production metrics such as efficiency, waste, and downtime are achieved.
• Monitor product quality and enforce quality standards.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
• Complete shift reports and communicate with other supervisors.

Required profile

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in packaging or printing.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of production metrics and reporting.
