Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our fast‑growing cannabis manufacturing site in Setubal. You will work on a dynamic team, ensuring that every batch meets the highest quality and safety standards while supporting our international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, set up and maintain production machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Follow batch records and recipes to weigh, measure and formulate cannabis products.
• Perform in‑process quality checks, collect samples and report any deviations from GMP/GACP standards.
• Maintain accurate equipment logs, batch reports and production documentation.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to prevent cross‑contamination.
• Adhere strictly to GMP/GACP guidelines and safety protocols.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment; experience in cannabis or pharmaceutical sectors is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with GMP and/or GACP practices.
• Strong attention to detail, basic mathematical proficiency and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when production demands.
