Production Operator – Electrical Skills

About the role

Arborea, a mission‑driven company developing sustainable food ingredients, is seeking a full‑time Production Operator to work on‑site in its factory. The role focuses on maintaining production flow, ensuring product quality, and providing first‑level electrical and instrumentation support to the operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical and instrumentation maintenance and deliver first‑level technical support for production equipment.
• Carry out operational tasks that keep the factory running efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Operate specialized machinery and processes related to food‑grade production.
• Assist in quality‑control procedures to guarantee high production standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Technical qualification in electrical/electronics or instrumentation from a further‑education college.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous experience in a factory, food production, chemistry or related environment is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands‑on production setting.
