Production Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operations Supervisor to lead daily production activities in our food and supplement manufacturing facility. You will ensure that production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are consistently met while supporting a fast‑paced, innovative start‑up environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations, guaranteeing compliance with targets, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate production operators to maintain a steady, productive workflow.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Schedule production runs and keep detailed operational records.
• Ensure continuous availability of raw materials and supplies for production.
• Report performance, incidents, and non‑conformities to the Production Manager.
• Assist in training and onboarding new production team members.

Required profile

• Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Prior experience supervising a production team (preferred).
• Strong organisational and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑pace production setting.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
