Production Manager

About the role

The Production Manager leads a team of hourly associates in a manufacturing facility, ensuring that our beverage brands are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role balances day‑to‑day line management with continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage area‑specific production processes, identify improvement opportunities, and achieve daily production targets.
• Lead and coach a team of 15‑30 associates, fostering problem‑solving and performance excellence.
• Participate in production and labor scheduling, adjusting plans as needed to meet demand.
• Enforce company policies, safety, food‑safety, and environmental procedures.
• Facilitate team meetings, drive continuous‑improvement projects, and maintain up‑to‑date process documentation.
• Collaborate with maintenance to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
• Oversee housekeeping, sanitation, and food‑safety practices, and manage incident documentation and investigations.

Required profile

• High School diploma or Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, business, management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a production environment, including hiring, employee development, performance coaching, and supervision of multiple lines.
• Proven ability to manage labor and operating expense budgets while meeting quality and safety standards.
• Strong communication skills to engage employees and coordinate across functions.
