As a Production Life Cycle Management Engineer you will drive continuous improvement of electrified heating solutions across their entire product lifecycle, ensuring high standards of quality, performance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and monitor product changes related to cost optimisation, quality improvement and regulatory compliance, from requirement definition through series production.
• Analyse existing products to identify opportunities for enhanced quality, performance, reliability and manufacturability.
• Develop, validate and roll‑out engineering changes across multiple product platforms throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with international R&D, Production, Product Management, Quality and Service teams to ensure successful implementation of changes.
• Support product validation activities and verify compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.
• Act as a central interface between stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and effective coordination.

Required profile

• Experience working in an international, cross‑functional environment.
• Ability to drive product changes from definition to series production.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify improvement opportunities.
