Production Leader

About the role

The Production Leader oversees daily operations on the manufacturing floor, ensuring production targets are met or exceeded. This hands‑on role drives continuous improvement, guarantees compliance with quality and safety standards, and supports team development through training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personnel and operations on the manufacturing floor.
• Ensure adherence to production plans for on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Review schedules, estimate labor hours, and adjust work plans to meet demand.
• Develop training plans, conduct performance reviews and PDPs for direct reports.
• Analyze data, recommend and implement improvements in processes, equipment performance and product quality.
• Apply Lean principles and collaborate with supply chain, warehouse and materials teams.
• Partner with Engineering, Support and Finance to resolve equipment, process and inventory issues.
• Enforce company policies, safety regulations and system access controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in English (B1/B2 level).
• Experience with inventory management systems and MES.
