Production, Control & Logistics Improvement Coordinator VIE

About the role

Join Forvia’s Europe Division in Faurecia Clean Mobility as a Production, Control & Logistics Improvement Coordinator on a VIE assignment based in Bragança, Portugal. You will support supply‑chain optimisation across the region, driving cost‑effective processes and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy BG/Group supply‑chain basics across the Europe Division.
• Lead improvement initiatives to meet inventory flexibility targets.
• Implement standard processes, including KPI definition, tool development, training and PDCA follow‑up.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops in plants and divisions with a strong focus on cost optimisation.
• Analyse performance of PCL KPIs within the RBU perimeter.
• Roll out supply‑chain standards in line with FES & PCL requirements.
• Organise and lead regional workshops to ensure adherence to standards.

Required profile

• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Master’s degree or Engineering diploma in supply‑chain or related field.
• 2‑3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Innovation mindset with the ability to propose improvements.
• Proven capability to drive multi‑functional teams.
• Customer‑oriented attitude (internal & external).
• Understanding of electronics and related technologies.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and computer skills.
• Eager to learn, proactive, autonomous and open‑minded.
• International mindset and ability to provide fresh perspectives.
• Knowledge of supplier audit processes and quality management.
