Product Owner, Technical - AI Neobank

About the role

Doit is building an AI‑driven neobank and seeks a technical Product Owner to shape product areas such as insurance, payments, savings, investing and travel. The role is remote but requires the candidate to be based in Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap and launch plans for financial services.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance and business teams to turn complex products into simple customer journeys.
• Use data, feedback, research and production issues to continuously improve product decisions.
• Launch features, monitor performance and drive iterative improvements while balancing speed, user experience, business impact, compliance and operational complexity.

Required profile

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder or growth/product operator.
• Strong product sense with ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Comfortable working closely with engineers and designers to ship real products.
• Proficient with metrics, user feedback, experiments and post‑launch learning.
• Excellent writing, prioritisation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance.
• Fintech, insurance, payments or high‑growth consumer app experience is a strong advantage.
