Product Owner & Project Manager – Bilingual (FR/EN)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Product Owner and Project Manager to lead the creation of innovative banking tools and drive culture‑evolution projects. The role combines product ownership with end‑to‑end project management, requiring a solid understanding of AI technologies and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, budget and roadmap for AI‑driven banking tools.
• Gather, prioritize and translate stakeholder requirements into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data‑science and business teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Monitor product performance, collect user feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan, execute and oversee projects related to innovative tools and company‑culture initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, risks and resources.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, facilitate communication and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Report project status, challenges and progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product and/or project management.
• Proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
