Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Fundraise Up is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own positioning and go‑to‑market activation for one of its product focus areas. You will work closely with product, sales, and customer success to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the positioning and messaging for your assigned product track (Core Markets, New Products, or Platform & Core Products).
• Run the Early Access Program, coordinating with Sales and Customer Success to select pilot customers and gather feedback.
• Conduct customer calls and technical deep‑dives without a solutions engineer, explaining architectural differentiators and translating them into business value.
• Collaborate with RevOps, IT, and data teams to address technical evaluations and support GTM activities.
• Partner with product and engineering to feed market insights back into the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing for SaaS or technology platforms.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable leading customer conversations and early‑access programs independently.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven positioning.
