Product Lead – AI Stockbroking App

About the role

Doit is building an AI‑driven stockbroking app that will reshape how people invest and manage money. As Product Lead you will own the direction, execution and outcomes for major product areas, working across multiple squads and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define priorities, roadmap, product standards and success metrics for AI Stockbroking features.
• Guide product managers, designers and engineers toward clear execution and high‑quality launches.
• Translate regulatory, operational and business constraints into practical product decisions.
• Drive post‑launch learning, continuous improvement and a culture of speed, clarity and honest measurement.

Required profile

• Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just individual features.
• Ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering and business outcomes.
• Proven judgement on prioritisation, trade‑offs and product sequencing.
• Comfort with high ambiguity, fast changes and senior stakeholder pressure.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps or regulated products is a strong advantage.
