Procurement Specialist – Order Management, Requestor Support or Spot Buy

About the role

Join ALEBS in Lisbon as a Procurement Specialist, focusing on Order Management, Requestor Support, or Spot Buying. You will be the engine of the supply chain, ensuring process integrity and supporting internal stakeholders to achieve best‑in‑class performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order workflow, guaranteeing 100% compliance and operational efficiency.
• Execute Spot Buy processes, including quotation requests and commercial negotiations on price and terms.
• Act as the primary point of contact for procurement‑related inquiries, delivering high‑quality troubleshooting and support.
• Perform rigorous compliance checks on incoming transactions to uphold global procurement standards.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to resolve invoice discrepancies linked to pricing or commercial terms.
• Participate in knowledge‑transfer initiatives and prepare training materials to promote system adoption and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply‑chain dynamics.
• Ability to maintain process integrity and ensure compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with finance and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
