Procurement Clerk – SAP S/4HANA Implementation Support

About the role

The Procurement Clerk will support Metropistas' procurement function on‑site, handling purchase transactions, maintaining supplier records, and ensuring data accuracy. The role is pivotal in the rollout and ongoing use of SAP S/4HANA, helping to standardise processes and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Create, process and follow up on purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Resolve purchasing discrepancies and invoice issues promptly.
• Maintain procurement documentation in line with company policies.
• Participate actively in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including data cleansing, migration and validation.
• Collaborate with IT, consultants and stakeholders during system rollouts.
• Develop and maintain SAP documentation, work instructions and user guides.
• Provide first‑level support and troubleshooting for SAP end users.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data and coordinate PO communications.
• Generate procurement reports and dashboards, support audit requests and monitor KPIs.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
• At least three years of experience in procurement, supply chain or administrative procurement.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, data integrity and master data management.
