Procurement Clerk – SAP S/4HANA Implementation

About the role

The Procurement Clerk will support Metropistas’ purchasing function by processing requisitions, managing supplier data, and ensuring smooth acquisition of goods and services. The role is on‑site and will be a key participant in the SAP S/4HANA implementation and ongoing digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Create, process and follow up purchase requisitions and orders.
• Resolve purchasing discrepancies and invoice issues promptly.
• Maintain procurement documentation in line with company policies.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA rollout, including data cleansing, migration and validation of supplier master data.
• Develop and update SAP documentation, work instructions and user guides.
• Provide first‑level support to SAP end users and promote best practices.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data and coordinate communications with suppliers.
• Generate procurement reports and dashboards, support audit requests and monitor KPIs.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• At least three years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain administration.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is mandatory.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams during system rollouts.
