About the role

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Procurement Buyer II to lead strategic sourcing initiatives and manage complex procurement projects. This senior position will influence cost‑effectiveness, supplier performance, and overall supply‑chain agility across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Oversee end‑to‑end procurement projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement professionals.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers while maintaining strong relationships.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in procurement and project management, with a proven record of handling complex projects.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and financial budgeting skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and procurement best practices.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
