Process Technician – Vision & Robot Guidance

About the role

The Process Technician will support automatic production lines by ensuring seamless integration of artificial vision and robot guiding systems. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with hardware, software and mechanical teams to keep the line running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Diagnose hardware and software interfaces.
• Configure and verify transducers (force, torque, distance).
• Adjust sensors, optics and lighting for optimal vision performance.
• Program in various software environments.
• Perform structured problem diagnosis and optimisation during ramp‑up.
• Program Universal Robots and adjust mechanical robot systems.
• Calibrate and verify the alignment between robots and vision equipment.

Required profile

• Technician or degree in electronics, automation, electromechanics or industrial engineering.
• Multidisciplinary experience covering software, electrical and mechanical topics.
• More than 2 years of hands‑on experience with vision systems.
• Experience with industrial robots, preferably Universal Robots.
• Analytical mindset focused on problem solving.
• Proactive, able to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
• Strong communication skills for international, cross‑functional teams.
