Process Engineer

About the role

Forvia is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to design and implement efficient, ergonomic production processes within a dynamic automotive environment. You will work closely with product development and manufacturing teams to ensure product feasibility, productivity, and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product interface with product development teams.
• Contribute to engineering change management processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and production optimization.
• Participate in the manufacturing engineering network.
• Design, implement, and monitor production processes to meet quality and productivity targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (production or mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
• TAKT time calculation and optimization.
• Ergonomic design principles for production processes.
