Process Engineer – Industrialization (f/m/div.)

About the role
As a Process Engineer (Industrialization) you will lead the development and implementation of industrialisation processes for automotive electronics production. You will work within multidisciplinary teams to design efficient, high‑quality production lines that meet cost targets.
Key responsibilities
- Define assembly concepts, product process flows and production line layouts, optimizing floor space.
- Develop and specify assembly equipment and engineering requirements for suppliers.
- Plan, build and implement new production lines in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Monitor and improve process performance indicators such as OEE, FPY, FOR and IDC.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in industrialisation, production or manufacturing environments, preferably automotive.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and results‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary and intercultural settings.
Required skills
- Proficiency with 2D/3D design tools: Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
