Process Engineer - Automotive Industry

About the role

We are looking for a Process Engineer to lead the industrialisation of new automotive products, ensuring they meet cost, timing and quality targets. The role will drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, focusing on safety, quality and productivity gains.

Key responsibilities

• Industrialise new products within defined cost, schedule and quality parameters.
• Promote improvements to existing manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality and productivity.
• Design layout and processes, define work methods, balance work cells and calculate manufacturing times for new products and production lines.
• Prepare specifications and documentation for tools, equipment and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with all functions on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with equipment suppliers to ensure tools, fixtures and equipment meet all requirements.
• Define manufacturing bills of materials (BOMs).

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Relevant experience as an industrialisation or process engineer in an industrial setting.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical and performance interpretation abilities.
• Fluent English.
