About the role

We are seeking a Precision Medicine Data Lead to shape AI systems that interpret complex genomic and clinical data. This fully remote, flexible contract position allows you to apply your expertise in health data analytics to drive the next generation of personalized medicine tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and optimize methods for integrating genomic, clinical, and biomarker data into unified analytics frameworks.
• Lead analytical strategies that turn multi‑modal healthcare datasets into AI‑ready insights.
• Assess AI‑generated outputs for scientific accuracy, clinical relevance, and data quality.
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and engineering teams to align data strategy with real‑world healthcare goals.
• Apply data governance and regulatory knowledge (e.g., HIPAA, FDA) to ensure compliance.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with large‑scale genomic, clinical, or life‑science datasets.
• Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating scientific data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally in regulated or technically rigorous environments.
• Detail‑oriented, systematic, and confident evaluating AI‑generated scientific content.
• Self‑directed and reliable when working independently on asynchronous tasks.
