Portuguese-speaking Client Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a native European Portuguese speaker with strong English skills to join our customer service team in Lisbon. As a Client Advisor you will support users of a leading cloud‑based website development platform, helping them create, manage and grow their online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot user issues on the platform and deliver clear guidance.
• Educate users about platform features to maximize their website performance.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Stay updated on new features and releases to ensure accurate support.
• Collect and relay user feedback to improve the overall experience.

Required profile

• Native European Portuguese with good English (minimum B2).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience with a strong customer orientation.
• Enthusiasm for digital marketing or web design concepts.
• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate.
• Stable employment history and strong communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and patience when assisting users.

Required skills

• Experience with website builders or content management systems.
