Polish‑Speaking Customer Service Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Polish‑English speaker to join our international customer support team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers who use our pet nutrition products, providing assistance through phone, email and chat while delivering a friendly and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide accurate product information and support, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Escalate complex cases according to internal procedures.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Manage your own workload and collaborate with teammates to meet KPIs.
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge.

Required profile

• Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) and good command of English.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Genuine interest in pets or experience with animals is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
