Polish Content Moderator – Lisbon (On‑site)

About the role

We are seeking a Polish‑speaking Content Moderator to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Lisbon. You will work on‑site, reviewing user‑generated content for an e‑commerce platform, ensuring compliance with policies, legal standards and safety guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review and moderate content in line with established SLAs and quality benchmarks.
• Verify that uploaded material complies with platform policies, legal requirements and safety standards.
• Adapt quickly to policy updates and schedule changes while following standard operating procedures.
• Identify and escalate any issues through internal channels according to company protocols.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Polish (verbal and written) and English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Strong moderation abilities, sound judgment and good understanding of the local market.
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms and industry practices.
• Ability to handle high workloads, especially during peak promotional periods.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and 24/7 coverage.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with empathy and balanced decision‑making.
