PMO Analyst – Clinical Research

About the role

Emerald Clinical Trials is seeking a detail‑oriented PMO Analyst to support its Project Management Office. You will help drive consistency, governance and operational efficiency across clinical and business projects, providing data‑driven insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of PMO standards, methodologies and tools.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Assist study teams with timeline tracking, status reporting and governance documentation.
• Facilitate project governance processes, including stage‑gate reviews, audits and reporting cycles.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Analyse project data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support change‑management initiatives and continuous‑improvement efforts.
• Assist in preparing and facilitating Project Management Forum meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination or analytical role, preferably within a CRO or pharmaceutical organization.
