PM for Business Process Management

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead Business Process Management initiatives across Airbus. You will coordinate project interfaces, define budgets, and ensure seamless integration of new processes into existing production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, agree and coordinate project interfaces with ordering departments and customers.
• Prepare project profiles, service level agreements, workload estimations and detailed budgets.
• Build and maintain a project roadmap in collaboration with domain managers.
• Facilitate status reviews, decision‑making and governance for roadmap activities.
• Conduct economic efficiency evaluations and risk assessments for sub‑projects.
• Represent the project in higher‑level reporting and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Support data aggregation and analysis to drive strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong project‑management knowledge (classic and agile) with certifications such as IPMA, PMI or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Proven experience in process improvement, value‑stream mapping and lean methodology.
• Business‑fluent English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with process‑management tools (e.g., Signavio, ARIS, BIC, MEGA/Hopex, Symbio).
• Basic knowledge of SAP SD.
• Proficiency with G Suite.
