Part‑Time Commercial Driver

About the role

AutoZone is seeking a part‑time Commercial Driver to join its store team. In this role you will deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing the "WOW!" service the brand is known for while using company‑provided vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver parts safely and on time, loading and unloading merchandise according to route schedules.
• Engage with customers, offering clear automotive advice, installation services, and processing cash or charge transactions.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Maintain compliance with PPE guidelines, fleet safety policies, and company procedures.
• Keep delivery vehicles in good condition and report any issues promptly.
• Stay current on promotions and product information through AutoZone systems.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet AutoZone’s safety standards.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• High school diploma or GED; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• Hazmat endorsement is advantageous but not required.
