Part-time Paramedic in Puerto Rico

About the role

Crisis24 is seeking a part‑time Paramedic to deliver high‑quality medical care and emergency response services within a luxury private community in Puerto Rico. Working under the Operations Manager, you will support members, guests, and staff through on‑site clinical care, telemedicine coordination, and Advanced Life Support (ALS) response.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and ALS care for members and guests, responding promptly to medical emergencies.
• Assess patient conditions, stabilize as needed, and arrange transport or advanced care.
• Maintain readiness of medical equipment and supplies in the on‑site clinic.
• Collaborate with telemedicine providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and comply with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a clinical environment, preferably in emergency or concierge medical settings.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
