Part-Time Janitorial Associate (Maintenance)

About the role

Join Walmart as a Janitorial Associate and help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and team members. You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the store, from the parking lot to the restrooms and receiving areas, on a part‑time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize store interiors, including aisles, restrooms, and checkout areas.
• Maintain the parking lot, entryways, and exterior surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and manage recycling.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is stored properly and report any maintenance issues.
• Support safe store operations by keeping walkways free of hazards.

Required profile

• Available for part‑time shifts as scheduled.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
