P2P Officer – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking P2P Officer to join Natixis Portugal’s Centre of Expertise. The role supports internal users in the purchase‑to‑pay process, ensuring smooth procurement, invoice validation and timely payments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist end‑users with initiation, modification and completion of purchase requests and provide technical support to key users.
• Enter supplier documentation, perform accounting checks and validate invoices, launching workflows to resolve mismatches.
• Monitor supplier performance, confirm deliveries, verify contractual conditions and raise alerts when needed.
• Track purchase orders, record goods/services receipt, and close PO records in the system.
• Manage supply failures, follow up delayed deliveries and keep requesters informed.
• Analyse payment deadlines and monitor Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) metrics.
• Validate price‑difference invoices after buyer approval and support monthly account closures in line with policies.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and stay well organised.
• Proficiency in French and English at least at B2 level.
