OutSystems Developer

About the role

We are seeking an OutSystems Developer to join our team and work on critical digital solutions for a client in the insurance sector. You will be responsible for building, maintaining and evolving applications on the OutSystems low‑code platform, supporting core insurance business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and evolve web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Participate in the full application lifecycle, from requirements analysis through deployment and support.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions.
• Ensure best practices in architecture, performance and security.
• Identify and fix bugs, conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience developing with OutSystems.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns and relational databases.
• Experience working in Agile, multidisciplinary environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international context.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
