OutSystems Developer – Full‑time (Lisbon)

About the role
Devoteam is looking for an OutSystems Developer to design, develop, test and deploy high‑quality low‑code applications that meet business requirements. You will work within a multidisciplinary team of cloud experts, designers and consultants to deliver innovative solutions that drive digital transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy OutSystems applications following a test‑driven development mindset.
- Create custom components and integrate with external systems using APIs, web services, or other methods.
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the low‑code team, establishing best practices and standards.
- Review code, share knowledge, and mentor less‑experienced developers.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve development and deployment issues.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest OutSystems platform features and improvements.
Required profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with the OutSystems platform.
- Experience with .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL is a strong plus.
- OutSystems certifications are welcomed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
