OT Cybersecurity Architect

About the role

You will own the security posture of CYBERIA's OT platform, protecting the PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial control loops that run in our customers' most sensitive environments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect Purdue‑model‑aligned network segmentation across IT/OT boundaries.
• Lead protocol‑level threat modeling for OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus and Sparkplug.
• Develop and drive incident‑response playbooks for industrial environments.
• Engage with auditors on IEC 62443, NIS2 and collaborate with customer security teams.
• Define the security standards that every CYBERIA OT engineer follows by default.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on OT/ICS cybersecurity experience with industrial deployments.
• Deep familiarity with IEC 62443, MITRE ATT&CK for ICS and the Purdue model.
• Background in offensive or defensive industrial security research.
• Fluent English; Portuguese, Spanish or German are a strong plus.
