About the role
Manage and maintain Oracle 12c/19c databases, including ODA‑X9, Oracle Standalone, ASM, and Data Guard, in critical production environments. Ensure database availability, performance, reliability and operational stability.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Administer database installations, patching, upgrades, backups and recovery using RMAN and Commvault.
- Monitor Oracle environments through Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
- Maintain high‑availability and disaster‑recovery solutions, including Oracle Data Guard.
- Support migrations, deployments, upgrades and other technical projects.
- Standardize and document operational procedures and drive proactive monitoring, automation and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Strong expertise in Oracle Database 12c/19c with hands‑on experience in production and high‑availability environments.
- Proficiency in Unix/OEL Linux administration and scripting.
- Experience with database security, compliance and GDPR requirements.
