Operations Team Leader – Logistics & Support

About the role

Easy4Pro, a fast‑growing logistics marketplace within the Redspher Group, is seeking a tech‑savvy Operations Team Leader. You will oversee support ticketing, drive logistics process automation, and mentor a multi‑timezone team while ensuring key performance indicators are met.

Key responsibilities

• Own and report on operational KPIs for the team and the company, helping set new targets.
• Manage customer support ticket queues in Zoho Desk, guaranteeing SLA compliance and quality standards.
• Identify bottlenecks in support and logistics workflows and lead redesign, including SOPs and internal communications.
• Drive automation initiatives such as workflow rules, macros, and integrations to reduce manual effort.
• Supervise and mentor the support and operations team, aligning performance standards across departments.
• Allocate team capacity across shifts and time zones, planning future hires.
• Serve as primary contact for external partners (carriers, clients) and internal stakeholders, handling escalations and priority alignment.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional languages (Portuguese, French) are a plus.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring a team in a support or operations setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Data‑driven mindset comfortable defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs.
• University degree (B.S. or Master’s); logistics or SaaS experience is a strong advantage.
