About the role
We are seeking a German‑speaking Operations Supervisor to lead our high‑performing sales team in Lisbon. The role focuses on driving revenue growth for advertising products while fostering a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, mentor and inspire a high‑performing sales team.
- Create a collaborative culture that leverages individual strengths to meet team goals.
- Work with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that increase advertising revenue.
- Set clear targets, monitor performance and ensure team members consistently achieve or exceed objectives.
- Provide ongoing training, support and feedback to equip the team with necessary tools and knowledge.
- Track sales metrics, prepare regular reports and present insights to key stakeholders.
Required profile
- Fluent German language skills.
- Proven experience leading sales teams, preferably in advertising or digital media.
- Strong ability to develop and implement revenue‑driving strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior management.
