Operations Customer Expert – Polish Speaking (Porto)

About the role

We are looking for a Polish‑speaking Operations Customer Expert to join our outsourcing/BPO consultancy in Porto. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing product information and support through phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email and chat with product‑related inquiries.
• Provide detailed information to help customers make informed decisions.
• Document all interactions in the SAP CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support or management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer problems efficiently.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Follow up post‑interaction to gauge satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage complaints and oversee the returns process in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Polish (C1) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and composure under pressure.
• Customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP CRM or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience using email, phone systems and basic customer‑service tools.
