Operation Resilient Analyst – Insurance Sector

About the role

As an Operation Resilient Analyst you will help build and maintain a robust operational resilience framework for the insurance sector. You will work closely with the Global Technology Resilience Team to develop business continuity and IT service continuity plans, and support crisis and incident management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of operational resilience strategies, including business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Support crisis management processes, organise tests and assist the Incident Management team during cyber‑crisis simulations.
• Execute business impact analysis, align business impact with IT service continuity and monitor remediation actions across controls.
• Track the responsiveness of critical IT systems during disasters and consolidate information on solutions, testing, maturity and ownership.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in IT operations and risk‑management frameworks.
• Practical experience with Business Impact Analysis, Disaster Recovery solutions and Incident Response procedures.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
