About the role

Revolut is seeking an Operating Principal to work directly with the CEO and senior leadership on high‑impact initiatives. The role combines strategic analysis, process design and project execution to drive growth and operational excellence across the company’s global financial super‑app platform.

Key responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new growth and revenue opportunities aligned with Revolut’s strategic objectives.
Design, build and optimise scalable processes that support rapid company expansion.
Lead cross‑functional initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring measurable business value.
Partner with senior executives to solve complex problems and improve product and operational performance.

Required profile

STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top‑tier university.
Proven record of outstanding achievement in multiple domains.
Minimum 4 years of experience at a top‑tier investment bank, private‑equity firm, strategy consultancy, or fast‑growing technology company.
International experience, such as working abroad or as an expatriate.
