Onboarding Manager – Publisher Services (Remote)

About the role

As the first point of contact for new publishing partners, the Onboarding Manager ensures a seamless transition from sales to live operations. Working remotely, you will guide publishers through technical setup, activate monetisation features, and demonstrate early value to drive long‑term retention.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end onboarding journey from sales endorsement to live status (first 30‑90 days).
• Coordinate with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to resolve setup issues such as Header Bidding, Google Ad Manager (GAM) integration, and wrapper implementation.
• Activate all relevant MonetizeMore technology features at launch to maximise immediate revenue.
• Conduct kick‑off calls, 7‑day and 30‑day performance reviews, and present optimisation opportunities.
• Provide comprehensive walkthroughs of the platform and serve as the primary point of contact during installation.
• Manage a structured handoff to Ad Optimizer and Customer Success teams to maintain momentum.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing attitude with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience managing projects and timelines in a remote environment.
• Analytical mindset to review performance data and identify early wins.
