职位概况

我们在葡萄牙蓬塔德尔加达的德尔塔酒店招聘客务服务专员，负责为宾客提供全程用餐体验，确保服务流程顺畅、宾客满意。

主要职责

准备并布置餐桌，确保用餐环境整洁。
与厨房沟通，传递点餐信息，确保菜品及时送达。
迎接、点单、上菜并为宾客提供用餐咨询。
清理工作区域，维护餐具和用品的卫生。
遵守公司政策，保持专业形象和仪容仪表。

任职要求

高中或同等学历（G.E.D.）以上。
1 年以下相关工作经验，欢迎应届毕业生。
能够站立、行走并在不平或滑溜的表面工作。
能够搬运不超过25磅（约11公斤）的物品，或在帮助下搬运不超过50磅（约23公斤）。
具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

必备技能

阅读并核对菜单信息的能力。
基本的体力操作和搬运技巧。
