Odoo Consultant (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Odoo Gold Partner as an Odoo Consultant in the International Business Unit. You will work on large‑scale IT transformations, bridging business needs with technical solutions for modern companies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end ERP projects and independent sub‑projects.
• Analyse complex IT architectures and design automated, future‑proof business processes.
• Deliver feasibility, risk and ROI analyses to guide development.
• Prepare pitch decks and lead workshops for C‑level decision‑makers.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the engineering team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in IT/ERP, management consulting or project management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to grasp complex systems quickly.
• Fluent English and native‑level Spanish.
