Observability Engineer – Enterprise Monitoring & Tracing

About the role

Join Havi's Supply Chain Technology team as an Observability Engineer. You will design, implement, and evolve enterprise‑wide observability capabilities that keep platforms and services healthy, performant, and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain logging, metrics, and tracing platforms at scale.
• Define instrumentation standards for applications and infrastructure.
• Build dashboards aligned with Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and health indicators.
• Optimize alerting frameworks to reduce noise and improve signal quality.
• Ensure telemetry pipelines are reliable, cost‑efficient, and scalable.
• Collaborate with SRE, Platform Engineering, and Application Development teams to embed observability into service design.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in monitoring, observability, or SRE‑related roles.
• Proven experience with cloud‑native or distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of alert design, SLO‑driven monitoring, and telemetry architecture.
